Customer’s Review

My husband and I and my 86 year old Italian father ate dinner at your restaurant last week while we were vacationing in Coeur d'Alene.  My husband had your "special" salmon with risotto and blueberries on top.  He has not stopped talking about it being the absolutely best meal he has ever eaten in his life.  We are back home now in West Linn, Oregon, just south of Portland and we are having Norwegian relatives visiting for 10 days and I am wondering if you would share your recipe.  I would love to serve that dish to my company.
